Score the Credit Dog, the exclusive mascot for YourCreditCompany.com, has quite a story of her own.

Although Score the mascot was created to help brand YourCreditCompany.com as a recognizable, user-friendly service, she’s based on a real dog.

The real Score, named Macey, is a 1-year-old half Boston Terrier, half Miniature Dachshund mix. She was born and bred in Kansas, but now lives in Denver. One of her owners is David Cholewa, the President/CEO of YourCreditCompany.com.

Score’s animated figure is designed to be an integral part of the YourCreditCompany.com’s Web site experience. Through creative computer graphics, Score helps navigate customers in a fun, easy-to-follow manner. There is also a special kids’ section about Score, making the site more accessible and less intimidating that those of other credit companies.

The real Score is currently featured in television advertising for YourCreditCompany.com. She also attends weekly agility training, in which she will most likely compete when she gets older.

Given her exuberant nature and unique looks, Macey was the perfect choice to become Score the Credit Dog—the Friendly Face of Credit for YourCreditCompany.com.
